But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

I am always in awe watching hawks or eagles glide through the air. They twist and turn their tail, feathers on the tips of their wings direct the course. They are a beauty to watch and Jesus made them!
To realize they doing their gliding on the air currents makes it even more fascinating. They can cover great distance never flapping their wings. They have followed the way, they were created for gliding.

Morning Jesus!
What beauty You have brought to me with Your eagles and hawks and so many other birds. They are always a delight to watch.
They have figured out how You wanted them to fly, catching the wind currents to make it easier. And, it’s beautiful.
What saddens me, Jesus, I haven’t always figured out how You want me to fly. I go off grid, do it my own way and for what? All it does is make my life harder.
I want to learn to glide on Your Spirit, trust where He is taking me and just enjoy the scenery. I know You have shown me many times how to do this, but help me again. I want to bring a smile to Your face as the eagles gliding does to mine. I love You, Jesus
