The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears this say, “Come.” Let anyone who is thirsty come. Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life. Revelation 22:17

As strange as it may sound, a blessing that I don’t take likely is my shower each night. I grew up in a high plains desert. I now live in the desert. Water is a precious commodity.
When I would be out in the yard planting or weeding or just plain enjoying myself, I come in sweaty and dirty. My mother always said when I was a little girl, just being outside the dirt would cling to me. I have always loved to be in nature.
When it’s time to come inside, I step into my shower and let the water wash over me. Cleaning my skin and renewing my body. During this time, I often think of Jesus as being the Living Water and the healing that it does. I am so blessed to know His Living Water.

Morning Jesus!
You are the Living Water that brings refreshment to me daily, often times even moment by moment. Your Spirit knows exactly what I need and provides.
I feel like when I’ve been outside and dirty, the water washes away the dirt on the outside as You wash away the dirt on the inside.
How You intertwine my thoughts with Scriptures is so exciting to me!
Best part is, no matter if there is a drought or limited water, You will always have that unlimited Water within You! You are faithful and wonderful!
Amen
