Then I will praise God’s name with singing, and I will honor Him with thanksgiving. Psalm 69:30
______________________________________________One group of people I then to take for granted are the police and military groups. There are there to protect me so I should have a more gratitude heart for them. It’s not that I don’t have a gratitude heart, I just don’t let them know as I should. They give more of themselves to us than we will ever know. Their families sacrifice just as much, with long absences and not really knowing if their loved ones are safe.
I do try to thank them when I’m presented the opportunity. My husband I watch out for them in restaurants and pay for their meal. But it seems so little. I want to pray for them properly and continually.

Morning Jesus!
First I want to thank You for helping me with my challenges from yesterday. Bringing You in started the healing process. You care for me more than I care for myself!
I’m also reminded this morning, as I look out my back windows, just how fortunate I am to be living in this country. I know the military are out there watching for dangers and I pray You will continue to keep watch over them.
The police are also closer to home. Protecting our homes and lives. They too are a very special people.
You are the great protector of my life and others. You intercede with prayers and groaning to our Yahweh. Please be with us all.
