For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build up.

I love the changing of the seasons. Now, as we enter into the Christmas holidays I’m reminded of just how wonderful a new season is! I would get so bored if it were summer all year long. Then fall would never happen and it’s my favorite time of the year. Where would I be if the spring showers didn’t happen and my summer flowers never bloomed. I am very grateful for the seasons God created. It just keeps His nature so beautiful and alive!

Good morning my LORD,
As we start to enter into the Christmas season, I want to thank You for Your creation. Each season is special to me, each with it’s own beauty. You knew I wouldn’t be content with just one season. You knew what all Your people would need to thrive!
Help me and each of us to be grateful for the season of Your Son’s birth. With all the commercial stuff that goes on, help us to keep our eyes on Jesus and keep our hearts joined with Him. You are the love of my life!
