The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?
Good Morning Jesus!
Have I told You lately how much I love You? I do, You are my God and Savior. I could not do this life without You!
Yet, I’ve let fear into my heart and I don’t like it. Our world is in turmoil and chaos. We’re being fed nothing but negativity and gloom. It isn’t right!
Your Word this morning is so soothing. You are my Light and Salvation. You, the Creator of the Universe and all it holds, including me. You care about the state of my heart, that’s why You left me with Your peace, not kind the world gives, but true peace that leaves my heart calm.
During this time of the unknown, pour down Your wisdom and peace. Give me discernment when I listen to the news. Guard my heart and mind and remember You are the Stronghold of my life, what is there to be afraid of?
Thank You so much for Your encouraging Words and re-enforcing my heart against fear. You knew I needed to hear You. You are so very, very good. Help me to keep my eyes focused on You today!
