“The LORD lives! Praise to my Rock! May God, the Rock of my Salvation, be exalted!
Morning Jesus!
I praise You for being my Salvation and my reason to live! As I look at the sky this morning, it’s that beautiful blue. When I watch the sun set this evening I know it will be breath taking. Everything You do is for the purpose of glorifying You and I take joy in You.
I love how You talked to Your people in the Old Testament. David, who did not know his Salvation, knew You were still there. He looked forward to the time when everyone could proclaim the LORD lives! He knew You as his Rock! And it was his desire to exalt Your greatness to all who would listen.
I am so blessed to live on this side of Your cross, to know You and seek Your presence every moment of the day.
So it is my time to exalt Your name and proclaim You to everyone I know. Easier said than done, Jesus. I can come up with all the words while I’m here at home. But take me out in public and I freeze up. So many what ifs come to mind.
You gently remind me it’s not about me, it’s about You! How can I forget that? Give me courage today to show just one person Your love and mercy.When I put You in front of me, I can do all things through You!
