He prayed, “O LORD, God of Israel, there is no God like You in all of heaven and earth. You keep Your covenant and show unfailing love to all who walk before You in wholehearted devotion.
Good morning my LORD,
It’s good to be in Your presence this morning. I praise You for being just who You are! Your beauty and glory surround me everyday.
When Solomon was praying to You, his words reflect my heart. There is no God like You, in heaven or on earth. You are the living God who hears my prayers. You are the loving God who keeps me going day today. I love You!
There’s one part of that scripture that jumps out at me. Where Solomon says ‘You keep Your covenant and show unfailing love to all who walk before You in wholehearted devotion.’
I confess I don’t always walk in wholehearted devotion. I want to but there are times my flesh gets in the way. I ask for Your forgiveness and give me strength to try again.
What is so amazing to me, LORD, is You have given me Your Spirit to help me get through my weaknesses. In fact, You have given me everything I need to live this life for You! You are my great and wonderful LORD and I love You!
