John 15:2

He cuts off every branch of Mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and He prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more.

Good Morning Jesus!
I love Your Word this morning, to think of You as my own personal gardener is wonderful. To understand that I am part of Your growing creation is such joy to my heart!

When I realize You’e been digging in the dirt of my life, You see all there is, the good soil, the spoiled soil, the dry spots. You know what needs to be fertilized and what needs to rest. You know where to plant Your seed so it will produce the best fruit. You know how much sun I need, and water it to perfection.

I know my heart, LORD, there are parts of my soil that I like to plant my own seeds in. I tend to them instead of letting You nurture me. I try to grow my own plants. They are feeble and I become frustrated when they fail. Please forgive me, Jesus, help me to yield to Your plan for my life. I humbly bow before You and open my life to have pruned what You know will not grow. Help me to be content, help me to see my direction in You!
Amen
