Those who love Your instructions have great peace and do not stumble.
Good Morning Father,
I love the glory of Your mornings. You wake me with the sunrise and pour Your love into my soul. You are my King and Savior and I love You!
You tell me often that Your word is important. I know it is, but it’s hard for me to memorize. I just don’t seem to have the concentration anymore. I do have Your Spirit and You never have a hard time with anything. So this morning, LORD, please help me memorize just one verse, one of Your choosing. Show me the best way for me to get Your Word into my brain, by writing it down many times, by repeating it over and over, maybe by singing, by whatever plan You have, show me Your way.
Then, Father, I would like to meditate on it through the day. What does it mean to me? What are You saying in this verse? How can I live this verse? I know You will show me the way, it’s Your heart’s desire for me to know You, and what better way than to know Your scriptures.
You are my love Jesus, and the peace that You bring through talking to me is unexplainable!
