Good Morning Jesus,
You woke be this morning so we could see the beautiful sunrise together. The soft pink clouds against the pale blue sky took my breath away. The quietness of the morning is so refreshing. You mercies for the day, they are new and fresh. How amazingly blessed I am to have You as my LORD and Savior.
I know Jesus, that I do need a Savior, but sometimes that just skims over my head. I often forget just where I would be if I didn’t have You.
In this declining world, I wouldn’t have any hope without You. If You were not in my life, I wouldn’t see the beauty of everything around me. With so much anger and strife, I wouldn’t have the peace that You surround me with. Without You I would see all these challenges and give up.
But, with You Jesus, I can do whatever You ask of me. With Your Spirit and guidance, I can shine Your love into this dark world. With the special gift You have given me this day, I can share Your hope with someone in need. How can I thank you for the peace that You have given me? I will thank You with my life and live it for Your glory!
