During the forty days after His crucifixion, He appeared to the apostles from time to time, and He proved to them in many ways that He was actually alive. And He talked to them about the Kingdom of God.
Good Morning My King!
You are so very good to me, I don’t deserve all You have done. I love You!
In Your Word this morning, I love how You showed everyone that You were alive. You proved that You had defeated death and I have been blessed because of Your victory.
What caught my thoughts this morning, Jesus, is how You talked to the apostles about the Kingdom of God. I often want to share Your love by just doing things, and I know that at times that’s what You ask. But, I realize that You are also asking me to speak about the Kingdom of God, something that I’m not always ready to do.
Please give me Your words and courage to talk to people about Your Kingdom. Please give me the words to express that Your Kingdom begins here and now. I want them to understand they can have an adventurous lifetime with You now and it will continue into eternity.
I want Your fire and passion to burn in me, to shout Your glory to the world! I want to love You not only with my life but with the words I speak!
