Morning My Dear Jesus!
Once again Your faithfulness astounds me. You are right here with me. You have poured out Your mercies into my life and give me hope for a new day!
Please forgive me when I forget to put my hope in You. So many times through the day I place my confidence and hope in ‘things’ around me. These ‘things’ are but a passing vapor, here this moment and gone the next.
It is only You that I should place my hope in, You never change and cannot shift. It is only on You that my foundation should be built.
Help me this day to remember to place my hope and trust in You. Please give me Your patience during trials and above all, remind me to keep talking to You. This time with You each morning is such a refreshment and joy to my heart.
