Psalm 121:1-3

I look up to the mountains—does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! He will not let you stumble; the One who watches over you will not slumber.

Good morning my Jesus!
I seem to have a problem this morning, LORD, and I’m not sure what’s happened. I seem to be down in my spirit, restless, and so unsure of myself. I have to say I don’t like feeling this way

Then You reminded of me of this verse and I knew what was wrong. As I mulled it over in my mind, I became aware that I hadn’t been with You as I usually am. I’ve rushed though my time and study. I’ve been ready to get started on my day. I haven’t been as faithful to You as I like to be.

Whoa, that brought me up short. Thank You, Jesus, for being amazingly faithful to me, showing me what I need to do. You won’t give up and let me go my own way. How blessed I am to be Yours!

I ask that today You will remind me often that You are with me. You keep me from bad stumbles and You watch over me. I want know that my help comes from You, the Creator and King of my heart!
I love You!
Amen
