This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him.
Good Morning Father,
Once again it is Your presence I seek out this morning. I know my times with You are very important to my day. I know when I’m with You in the morning, my day seems to hold together. Thank You for being so patient in teaching me this truth.
However, I’m not always so faithful to be here with You. It seems like life gets started to early some days. When I don’t make my time with You a priority, my day turns to rubble.
Even on those days, I know You are my refuge and safety. I can come to You in the midst of the battles and find peace with You. When I’m having hard times, it’s easy to remember to call on Your strength.
Yet, You want me to call on You even on the good and easy days. I want to praise You for those moments and pause in Your joy, for what You have given me.
You alone are my God. I will worship You, with how I live and trust You with my life. There is no other that I want to call my God. I love You!
