“But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and He will stand upon the earth at last. And after my body has decayed, yet in my body I will see God! I will see Him for myself. Yes, I will see Him with my own eyes. I am overwhelmed at the thought!
Good Morning LORD,
You are so faithful to me LORD, You are always with me and every moment You encourage me to come closer. You want to teach and guide me through each day, and I want to soak up all I can.
When I think about all that Job went through, his heartache and broken life, I stand in awe how he still lifted Your name on high. He knew You intimately and knew that You lived. He knew he needed a Redeemer and he knew he would see You with his own eyes.
Jesus, I want to have the confidence that Job had. No matter what comes my way this day, I will remember that You are my Redeemer and You are alive! In my heartache I will claim You as my LORD and give You glory for my life. In my joy I will dance with You and sing Your praises. In You I have peace to know that someday, I will see You with my own eyes. What joy that gives my heart!
