But when you ask Him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.
Morning Jesus,
I am so glad you are my Rock and Foundation. I can trust You and know that You are my God. I love you, LORD.
This morning I feel like everything in my life is shifting, I feel saddened and not sure where I’m supposed to go. Things have changed so fast and they haven’t gone in the direction that I thought they would have.
During this time of transition, LORD, I will keep my eyes focused on You. Your path is the one that I want to follow, and I know You have the perfect plan for me. Why do I fret? Why do I wish things would turn out differently? I am a wave in the sea today, Jesus. Tossed this way and that with my feelings. Remind me my feelings are not always trustworthy, but You are. Give me peace, Your peace, to know You are there. Thank you for Your encouragement as I continue on. I praise You for being my Savior and my heart!
Be still my soul and rest in Jesus.
