Morning My Father,
You never fail to amaze me LORD. You are so intent on being with me, You gave Your Son’s life for mine. The sacrifice You made is beyond my understanding.
The love You pour on me is inexplainable. Oh, how I love You!
Remind me today Father, that the ‘season’ is coming up. Our culture has made the celebration of Jesus’ birth so commercial and stressful, I’m sure that’s not the way You want me to respond. I want to remember it’s the Advent of His coming, the preparing to receive the King. Help me this year Father, to slow down, listen for Your whisper and ponder on what You have to say to me. Show me how I can prepare for Jesus all through the year, every day. I want to walk with You always and enjoy Your presence and love!
