I am so glad You know my heart, You can see how much I love You and how precious You have become to me. Thank You for being my Salvation, Guide and Savior!
I’ve been thinking a bunch about these verses lately. It’s New Years morning and for so many years I’ve thought about new beginnings this day, new goals, maybe even a few adventures. I guess I always think of the New Year as a new and fresh start.
Then You whispered this verse to me and I realized I can have a New Years day every morning! I don’t have to wait a full year to pass. I don’t have to live with my failures. All I have to do is come to You every morning!
I know I have so many places in my life that have missed the mark. Yet, You still give me fresh mercies every morning, even when I don’t deserve them. Your faithfulness to me, Jesus, is beyond my understanding. This verse is asking me to be faithful to You, one day at time, and take joy in being in Your presence!
I love You, Jesus!
