Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God. May Your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.
Morning Jesus,
You are my God and I love You! How would I get through a day without Your presence? You give me comfort, wisdom and surround me with Your presence. I am blessed to be Your child.
Jesus, I want so much to do Your will, to do what You have designed me to do. Sometimes it’s hard for me to know which direction to take. I think I may be on the right track, but I still feel so unsure. Maybe that’s what my faith is for, to step out even if I’m not sure.
It is my heart’s desire to please You. I know, Spirit, that You will direct me and keep me on a firm foundation. I know that if I get side tracked, You will lead me to the right path.
Forgive me, Jesus, when I hesitate to follow where You lead. Forgive me also when I race ahead. I praise You for keeping me close to Your heart. You are my God and I love You!
