Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray.
Good Morning My LORD,
How blessed I am to be with You right now. I needed to get up early today and You helped me to get out of bed. I needed to have some time outside and You blessed me with the birds singing. The air was cool yet my heart was warm as I thought of You!
This is shaping up to be a very busy day, Jesus. You know the demands of the day and the demands I place upon myself. That is why being with You right now, before the day begins, is so important to me.
For now I can sit and enjoy being with You. I can have the confidence that You will be with me as I go about my day.
While I’m with You now, I know my thirst and hunger will be taken care of as You teach me Your Word. Help me as my day unfolds to remember that You are with me and I have the honor of glorifying You. I love You so much my Jesus!
