Then Asa cried out to the Lord his God, “O Lord, no one but You can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in You alone. It is in Your name that we have come against this vast horde. O Lord, You are our God; do not let mere men prevail against you!”
Good Morning Yahweh!
It’s wonderful to be with You this morning. To drink from Your Word and let Your Spirit guide my understanding. You are my amazing and wonderful God!
Your Word this morning reminds me that people throughout the centuries have called upon Your Name in all sorts of circumstances. We have called out and You have protected and supplied all we need.
I’m reminded that I am powerless without Your presence. If I were truthful, I would acknowledge that I need You from moment to moment. Not just here and there.
I’m reminded that You are delighted to help me in my daily life and desire to be with me throughout each day.
What I really noticed about today’s verse is, I need and want to trust in You alone. There is no other that can help me. There is no other I want to live with. You ,O LORD, You are my God and I am so blessed.
